There are a lot of gluten free foods you can eat, especially if you don't have other dietary restrictions such as diabetes or vegetarianism.

- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Rice crackers
- Peanut butter
- Meats
- Cheeses
- Eggs
- Dairy products (butter, milk, etc.)
- Nuts
- Corn products (tortillas, corn chips, etc.)
- Rice
- Honey
- French fries
- Yogurt
- Macaroons
- Poultry...
And a whole lot others, including the specially made gluten free breads, pizzas and other items you can find in our store and at your local grocers.
