There are a lot of gluten free foods you can eat, especially if you don't have other dietary restrictions such as diabetes or vegetarianism.

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Rice crackers
  • Peanut butter
  • Meats
  • Cheeses
  • Eggs
  • Dairy products (butter, milk, etc.)
  • Nuts
  • Corn products (tortillas, corn chips, etc.)
  • Rice
  • Honey
  • French fries
  • Yogurt
  • Macaroons
  • Poultry...




And a whole lot others, including the specially made gluten free breads, pizzas and other items you can find in our store and at your local grocers.
