Gluten free cheese pizza by GeorgeThese pizzas are great. You can usually pick them up at your local health food store or grocer for about $5-$6. The good thing about these is they're something that's easy to make relatively inexpensive for a subsitute gluten-free food. If you get into the habit of buying gluten-free pizzas shop around for the cheapest price, just a word of advice!

Mrs. May's Gluten Free SnacksI recently tried these and thought they were awesome. You can buy them in a pack like in the picture for about $10 for and get 3 different varieties or you can get a big bag of just one kind for about $7. They're like a energy bar cut up into small pieces and made of almonds and nuts, they're great, vegan and GLUTEN FREE!

Picture of gluten free falafel mix from authentic foods

This is a great wheat free/gluten free falafel mix. I found it was rather difficult to find a falafel mix that didn't contain gluten so it was great seeing this one! The directions are pretty simple, they only require you to add an egg, some water and olive oil then just fry or bake them. If you fry them they come out looking a lot like a plain donut. I thought they tasted great and they're a great source of protein and definitely low in fat if you just bake them, not so much if you fry.
